- Zucchini noodles
- Red pepper julienned
- Yellow pepper julienned
- Crimini Mushrooms
- Cherry tomatoes
- Onion, shallot or scallion
- Jarred red pepper and artichoke tapenade
- Balsamic vinegar
- Olive oil
- Sea salt
- Mix all ingredients and chill for a least 2 hours.
- This is a great last minute potluck or picnic addition.
