img_0433

For those who follow my Facebook page,  you know I enrolled in The School for Aromatic Studies, a aromatherapist certification program.

As part of that program, we focus on 24 single essential oils and their uses, benefits and safety. Over the next weeks, I’ll be sharing about each of these oil as well as different blends and products for you to try.

LET’S START WITH LEMON. (This AMAZING oil is in the Premium Starter Kit).

Lemon can be helpful for:

Traditional Chinese Medicine: In Oriental medicine, lemon essential oil is cool and dry in nature and can be used to clear heat, dampness, and phlegm.

Lemon is great in cleaning products, as a room freshener or goo remover. It can also be used to remove greasy stains from clothing. It can be used in a salt or sugar scrub to invigorate the skin and aid in circulation and lyphmatic movement.
